Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to coupons, discount codes, special offers, giveaways, and other promotions offered by Shibolim Bakery USA. Any offer-specific terms displayed with a promotion also apply. If offer-specific terms conflict with this page, the offer-specific terms control.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available only to customers who are at least 18 years old and legally able to make a purchase. Promotions may be limited by location, product, customer, order type, or availability.

Promotion Period

A promotion is valid only during the dates and times stated in the offer. Unless otherwise specified, times refer to Eastern Time. Promotions are void after expiration and while supplies or appointment capacity last.

How to Redeem

When a promotional code is required, it must be entered at checkout before the order is placed. Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed orders. The customer is responsible for confirming that the discount appears before submitting payment.

Restrictions

Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions are limited to one use per customer and one promotion per order, cannot be combined with other discounts, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not apply to taxes, gratuities, delivery charges, service fees, gift cards, prior purchases, or excluded products. Minimum-purchase requirements are calculated before taxes and fees.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds for purchases made with a promotion will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected item. If a return, refund, or cancellation causes an order to fall below a required threshold, the promotional value may be adjusted or removed where permitted by law. Food orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Errors and Misuse

Shibolim may refuse or cancel a promotion or order when there is a pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, code misuse, duplicate redemption, unauthorized distribution, or a violation of these terms. We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any offer-specific commitments already made to customers.

No Current Offer Implied

The publication of these terms does not mean that a promotion is currently available. A promotion exists only when Shibolim publishes a specific offer with its applicable benefit and validity period.
